Our Bitesize Education is designed to give healthcare professionals quick, focused wound care learning that can easily fit into a busy day. Each lunchtime webinar delivers practical, evidence-based, insights from clinical experts in wound care, helping you stay up-to-date on wound care topics and support your Continual Professional Development (CPD), as part of your Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) revalidation.

Whether you’re new to wound care or looking for a quick knowledge top-up, these sessions offer accessible and quick, expert-led education.

  • Each webinar lasts about 45-60 minutes, making it easy to increase your knowledge on wound care topics
  • All webinars start at 12:30pm lunchtime, for minimal disruption to your busy day
  • All are free to join and ideal for nurses, podiatrists and clinicians involved in wound assessment, infection prevent and wound management

Meet Jane - Bitesize Education speaker

Jane will deliver all the Bitesize Education in 2026 so we thought you might want to meet her. She is an experienced nurse with over 30 years in the profession and a career spanning a diverse range of clinical settings. She has worked in hospice care, district nursing, telephone triage, and most recently as a Community Tissue Viability Nurse in Leeds. Jane is passionate about delivering high quality patient care and feels privileged to have supported individuals and families across these varied roles.

She currently holds an honorary Tissue Viability Nurse contract at The Christie Hospital in Manchester, where she continues to contribute her specialist expertise. Jane works as Essity’s Global Clinical Education Manager, using her extensive clinical background to drive Essity’s education portfolio globally.

What happens once I register?

  • You will receive an email confirmation following your completed registration form, with a joining link and calendar invite to add this to your diary
  • A few days before the event (and a final reminder an hour before the event is due to start), you'll receive another email reminder that also has the webinar joining link
  • You'll be asked to complete the post event survey which pops up immediately after the webinar has finished so we can continually improve our education
  • Following your attendance at the webinar, you'll receive an email to download your certificate of attendance
  • A few days after the event, we'll send you a learning summary which includes the links to support further reading on the topic
